Description: The opening track of this collection came to me while I was in the Philippine islands for my friend’s wedding. I think the combination of the melody, time, and place, makes it a very emotional song for me. More homages to “Bent” follow — and I had to restrain myself from adding more. I feel like many of these songs have a nostalgic feeling to them, not least “Epilogue (Venice)”, which I surely wonder is one of the best songs to ever feature in a film. It stopped me in my tracks.
